CSV Export

The Koko Analytics dashboard visualizes your data through various charts and tables. However, sometimes you may want to perform custom analysis through a spreadsheet program or other software for data manipulation and analysis.

For this use case Koko Analytics Pro provides you with the ability to export the data for any given dashboard view to a set of CSV files. You can then load these CSV files into your software of choice to perform your custom analysis.

Here’s how to export your stats to CSV:

  1. Select the date range in the top left of your Koko Analytics dashboard to view a specific time period.
  2. Optionally, filter data to show just the statistics for a single page or post.
  3. Click on the “Download as CSV” button to download the stats for the given time period and optional page filter.

This will export a ZIP file which includes CSV files for the various dashboard components. You can then use these CSV files to import your stats into Excel, Google Spreadsheets or other data analysis tools.
