The Koko Analytics plugin for WordPress provided by ibericode is released under the GNU Public License version 3.0 or later (GPL-3.0-or-later).

Limitation of Liability

In no event will ibericode, or its suppliers or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials offered on this site. Even if ibericode or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of downloads from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

For Koko Analytics Pro users, the 3 sections below apply.

Refund Policy

We believe in our product, so we have a guaranteed 30-day refund policy. No questions asked.

We do however reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.

To apply for a refund, contact our support team and tell them you would like to have a refund.

Payments

You can choose to pay for Koko Analytics Pro via PayPal or most credit card brands. Each payment grants you 1 year of access to the plugin files, automated plugin updates and priority support over email.

We do not store your payment method information on our own servers, but instead use Stripe to securely handle your payment.

Product Support

Being an active Koko Analytics Pro customer grants you the right to priority support over email (not telephone), which covers help with setting up the plugin and further directions on how to best use it.

Our support service does not cover help with plugin customization beyond the advertised features.

Changes

We (ibericode BV) reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement.

It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
